Independent Health is unavailable to fulfill system requests during their scheduled system maintenance windows listed below.
Server maintenance is performed from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM EST on the following dates:

3/22/2025 – 3/23/2025
4/12/2025 – 4/13/2025
4/26/2025 – 4/27/2025
5/17/2025 – 5/18/2025
5/31/2025 – 6/1/2025
6/21/2025 – 6/22/2025
7/12/2025 – 7/13/2025
7/26/2025 – 7/27/2025

With the exception of a non-routine scheduled system upgrade, the HEALTHeNET System is available 365 Days a year including holidays.

Software releases are planned roughly every quarter. The time and details of the release are posted at least 1 week in advance and do not normally cause any disruption to users in the system.

Unplanned Outages are communicated to the users within 1 hour of discovery via a message on the dashboard of the users’ login on the HEALTHeCOMMUNITY Portal and a publicly available notice is placed on the website.
